established in 2011, at&s chongqing is located in chongqing liangjiang new area yufu industrial park, and this is the second sole proprietorship enterprise of at&s group established in china. at&s chongqing invests in two cutting-edge technologies, and started mass production in apr. 2016, and produces the latest generation of high-end ic substrates and modules, for the use in computer microprocessor and mobile devices, wearable devices and high-end internet products. at&s chongqing has become a new generation of high-end ic substrates and module manufacturer in china.
2019年奥特斯宣布扩产建设重庆三期项目，引进最先进的技术和设备生产新一代的半导体封装载板。该技术是目前高性能计算机应用的主导技术，产品广泛适用于服务器、个人电脑、汽车和5g等领域。该项目已于2021年11月投产。
in 2019, at&s announced to build plant iii in chongqing to expand its capacity, which introduced the most advanced technology and equipment to produce new high-end ic substrates. this technology is currently the dominating technology for the application in high-performance computers, which can be found in the heart of most servers, personal computers, automobile and 5g. this project started mass production in nov. 2021.
